"Games of chance (card games, etc.) or wagers are not in themselves contrary to justice. They become morally unacceptable when they deprive [people] of what is necessary to provide for [their] needs and those of others. The passion for gambling risks becoming an enslavement" (#2413).

From the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Go in peace and @Goomble responsibly. :marseypope:

Definitely watch the first one.

Second one is pretty mediocre even for capeshit.

Not really, though Tom Hardy tries his hardest. The first one was cut down to be the goofier version of its premise, and the second one leans in to its goofiness rather than fighting against it, but tried to tell an R-rated story with a PG-13 target.

They're dumb and can be fun, though.
