The new backrooms episode (by the creator of the upcoming backrooms movie) is out, and the input from A24 has made it a slow-burn cinematic thriller.

The character doesn't even enter the backrooms until after the 3 minute mark (there's roughly a 2 minute intro), and there are no jumpscares until around (27:30), unless you consider loud sounds jumpscares, and the character actually succeeds in stopping the monster, at least temporarily. Until then, it's mostly walking around and ambience to showcase the effort of the filmmaker (it's digitally rendered). Therefore, it's perfect for non-ADHD having people who dislike slop content.
