Forest is literally r-slurred. So the argument that "mindlessly do what you're told and you'll succeed" doesn't exactly make sense because Forest is, again, r-slurred. All of this makes me believe that the movie is the ULTIMATE radical centrist flick and should be revered on here

Interpreting good and bad things happening to characters as punishment from God/Karma like it's a morality play is such a stupid way of critiquing stories. Unfortunately it's somewhat become the norm even amongst supposedly cultured audiences who want to turn everything into a giant allegory that clearly supports some political viewpoint over another.
