!kino!writecel what do you think of this character? Do you think Louis bussy-blasted him? Would Walt Jr identify as Skyler Jr instead of Flynn if Breaking Bad came out today? Was he r-slurred?
Since it was never mentioned on the show, I decided there must not be anything wrong with him and he was just doing it for the attention, which fits his character.

I hated/ignored Walt Jr. so much that it took this post to remind me he is part of the show at all. He's a flat character, a sympathetic sweetheart who is the world's victim. Does he serve any role at all other than as a victim?
The major characters I empathize most with are Skyler and Gus. I like Skyler because she seems like a real human, put into a bind by circumstances and unable to angelically cope. I like Gus because I can relate to how he dislikes drama too close to himself but is willing to go nuclear if necessary to shut it down. I like Mike as a character, but I struggle to relate to his choices.
The minor character I empathize with is Gale. He was probably the peak neurodivergent in the show.
He's the entire reason for all the shit that went down. If Walk Sr. didn't feel like such a failure he wouldn't have gone to such lengths to protect Jessie in order to banish his demons and feelings of inadequacy.
Like even if Junior managed to cope aittle better and stop being such a whinny little brat things could have turned out much better.
I hated him almost as much as I hated Diane Chambers from Cheers, but for her the hatred validated how good a character she was, where for Junior it only shows how good a plot devoce the character is.
The time has come for the Necromaster. The unleashing of the fourth joker's card. The arrival of The Great Milenko
