well I have to be a rentoid
and figure out whether I'm even tough enough 
but fairbanks is reasonably small ish
its about the size of where I commute to now but less spread out
so that area preferrably as far from town as possible. they have those cabins so If I can avoid ever having to live in an apartment in my life I'm gonna do that
maybe I'm naive. maybe I'm weak. maybe I come crawling home within a year. who knows
but the southcentral seems wayy to wet (I'm so tired of swampass texas it has not stopped raining the past 2months
