Let them dress and act how they want. Use pronouns they choose. Whatever. But poisoning a child with chemicals should be a crime. They can do anything when they are 18. Let them wait. A 12 year old doesn't know up from down.

It's incredibly maddening that people think of children as basically non humans that they can't have their own thoughts and opinions.

What if your teen wants surgery to hide a birthmark, or breast enhancement or reduction, or contraception, or a tattoo, or a hundred other things that might be extremely important to them at the most socially active and transformative time of their lives, that some people are ok with and others find gross?
