For all the shit the 1st amendment and gun whining gets, that's a big reason imo that draconian laws like this are harder to pass. Even if there's basically no chance of some chud uprising, the fact that's it's even possible here is a big deterrent. They have to boil the frog slowly down here

I just looked up what the notwithstanding clause and holy shit leafs are cucked. Imagine having a provision in your constitution that lets the government override your rights so long as they promise to only do it for a little bit.
