my ex gf spray told me when she was a teenager her boyfriend and her spraypainted a swastika on something in their town (just dumb kids) and there was a major controversy about hate crimes
I'm skeptical it's a full crime tho, probably more vandalism with some judicial thing where judges have to consider impact on 'communities' during sentencing
