Bail should be dependent on the arrested fellow's IQ because dumb-dumbs think getting bailed is essentially a "get out of jail" free card and will immediately go back to whatever they got picked up for. And lets be fair, getting caught by the cops in 2024 just means you were literally too stupid to be on the streets.
