TL:DR Kevin O' Leary wants to lobby Trump to form some sort of union between Canada and the US (get ride of the boarder and all trade restrictions). Cute twinks are pretending he's (a private citizen) is trying to literally betray Canada.

Well, he didn't commit sedition, so. Sedition is overt rebellion. Desiring to peacefully and mutually merge two countries together isn't seditious, regardless of how you feel about it.
