I think the only female author book I ever finished was “Pride and Prejudice” (didn’t even read Harry Potter, lmao). But history is full with them, you have authors like Mary Shelley

I've read one of the Agatha Christie books
It was meh but I don't really like detective stories so maybe that's on me. Also it had this feel that it was more intended for a female audience but I couldn't tell you why
