I've read every ASOIAF material there is including the short stories and lore books.
His sci-fi stuff is overlooked for ASOIAF even though he was primarily a sci-fi writer most of his career. Lots of good stuff there. "Sandkings" is one of the best short stories ever IMO

Sandkings rules. The message is a bit too on the nose, and all of the non-sandking characters are iffy, but the premise is just too fun.
