Rdrama Bookclub Voting Thread (Round 3) :marseyreading::marseypunching:

!bookworms. Another 2 are gone as even if the 3 voters from Rules of Attraction selected Crime and Punishment it wouldn't be enough to pass another round. We are left with 3 options

Cormac McCarthy

Philip K. Peepee

Kazuo Ishiguro

If one of these reaches 50%+ of the votes by 20:00 E.T. It will be declared as the winner, if all choices fail to reach 50% we'll have another round with the 2 most upmarseyd ones. Once again, choose wisely.

Going to srs post for a second: If you're not actually going to read the book dont just vote cuz you think it sounds good or you heard about it before. It's not a vote the best book on the list type of shit.

I'm voting because I've already read all 3 and I know which is best :gigachad2#:

How sad is NLMG? I have a soft spot for melancholic stories

Probably like a 7-8 out of 10 on the whole.

You are going have to deliver a more intelligent argument than that to convince me otherwise.

his writing style can be hard to follow due to run on sentences and lack of indication of who is actually saying things. I pirated it and honestly doesn't look like that big of a deal. Think of it more as cormac mccarthy telling you a story, as opposed to writing it down and his writing style makes more sense, even though it's pretty r-slurred also

Blood Meridian is the great American novel. Anyone who disagrees better watch their scalp.

If the other books are selected you can always contribute to the post-chapter threads if you've already read them :marseyblowkiss:

I always take a few notes from the books I read, so if one I previously read ever wins I'm just going to read my notes and comment based on that and from what I remember.

Oh, poor sad angry little poodle yapping away its aggression on the internet. How bloody typical. If I were a better person I'd pity you. It is, however, not my fault that you are uneducated and have to fall back on silly childish insults. As it is you have provided amusement my little ankle-biter. Looking at the nonsense it seems that you are in one heck of a lot more misery than I will ever be my angry little brat. You should thank me for letting you get your anger out in a safe place. I thank you for the giggle.
