Dude thought video games would be a fad and not actually catch on (this is early-mid 2000s) and basically only wanted a flat sum of a cash for letting CDPR to do the witcher series. Realizing the games were selling like hotcakes, especially 3, he basically fummed and demanded he wants % and like backpay n shit.
