Oic. I'm basically the opposite - once I've started something it's really difficult for me to not finish it. Unless it's total garbage I get really sucked in, so I try to be careful about what I start reading and if it ends on some cliffhanger with no updates for 7 years and no sign of the author since 2019 I get really mad :#marseyrage: at this point I mostly get mad at myself for not noticing tho

Lend me your powers. Literally two anime I watched this year, I just sort of stopped by the end and idk why, because I really like them and still want to finish them, but I can't seem to find a good time for them and end up scrolling internet trash instead.

Just force yourself to put the phone down, or realize that they're not that good - after all, you find the Internet more entertaining.

I guess one trick is to quickly drop anything that doesn't really catch your attention. Since I don't want to waste my time I try to be picky about the media I consume and drop things right away if I have any issues with them in the first few episodes/paragraphs since I know that I'll force myself to sit through a thousand pages of garbage if I read one too many chapters

This is why I've never risked watching one piece
