It's not like you can easily print out a book and have it delivered to you within time anyways. There are thousands of books about some specific topic made in an specific language that has like 10 copies and most people are not going to bother tracking down that one dust covered, copy inside a library in Svalbard just to feel the physicality that comes with an actual book
