If someone can tell me an easy way to resize/convert webp animated files to webm I'm all ears. I'm currently resizing using ImageMagick in command line but it fricks up resizing animated ones

I thought they turned off the ability to use Signal as a normal SMS app years ago. I actually liked the change because it mean everything I do in Signal is end-to-end encrypted.

I've texted people using it with sms recently, so perhaps it's an apple only thing. You don't have to enable SMS fallback, I'm pretty sure it's optional.
