I said yes so here is the answer. The caching part was a joke.

I am the author of @RemindMeBot . When a restart or some failures happen I have to look up which posts/comments were already looked at. This way it won't trigger twice for the same reminder and I can search pages until I hit a known post.

The drawing of Marsey in a meadow dreaming of strawberries was a request by @aminobastard. It was my only Marsey drawing that was suitable as a banner, and it was also very cute. I used a version without strawberries as my banner, I think to distinguish it from aminobastard's.
