It creates the situation where it is possible that there is not a single nation on the planet that has reached escape velocity on the challenges the world faces today and in the decades ahead.
An average national IQ of 102 does not guarantee continual growth. In the case of Japan with an IQ of 106 their nominal GDP is still declining along with their population. However, their PPP GDP is still on the rise and holding strong in the case of Japan. Suggesting that quality of life can keep improving without instability once a country surpasses an average IQ of 105.
Similarly, we can see places like Taiwan, Singapore, and China hold stable internally irrespective of how rich or powerful they get. With places like China being able to continue growing economically and improve even with trade wars with the US and population decline.
For the moment, this suggests that a national IQ of 105 is the cut off for a consistently growing society and it is only below this average IQ that a nation state risks a genuine decline.
South Korea has fallen. Samsung's market cap continues to decline. I just hope the Samsung company lasts another 2 years at least so that my phone doesn't go down before I am ready to buy a new one. South Korean corruption has caught up to them. Only the US, China, EU, Russia, and Japan remain in the race.
The US is going to lose because they are a measly 97 IQ and they have fallen down to taking the best 105 IQ Indians in to replace their dumb population. A 105 IQ immigrant population isn't good enough to build up a 97 IQ nation but only good enough to slightly lower the wage prices and bring mild improvements to the industry.
This leaves China, EU, Russia, and Japan in the lead. Japan became too old too fast long before the AI and robotics revolution was there so they cannot take enough advantage of it to rise up above all the other economies even with their superior intellect.
This leaves China, EU, and Russia as the future great powers.
Russia is too dependent on China and practically owned by China at this point in time. So there is no Russian great power independent on China.
This leaves China and EU as the future great powers.
European Union IQ is below 102, so they are always going to be in second place.
Conclusion:
China is going to be the greatest economy in the world because they are smart enough to make it happen, and they are right on time on the robotics revolution to avoid the L's that come with an aging population.

"The press is a gang of cruel cute twinks. Journ*lism is not a profession or a trade. It is a cheap catch-all for frickoffs and misfits—a false doorway to the backside of life, a filthy piss-ridden little hole nailed off by the building inspector, but just deep enough for a wino to curl up from the sidewalk and masturbate like a chimp in a zoo-cage."
