Space Station 13, a 19-year-old autism simulator that can be described as multiplayer Dwarf Fortress in space. The captain of the station can give the other astronauts access to areas their job doesn't permit them into, such as allowing a medical doctor into the brig, with the highest degree of access being all access. He normally does this by editing their ID card, however, one time, I witnessed a captain who elected to do so by following people around and letting them into places manually.
