TL;DR: There's a video called "amber alert" that's a compliation of chidlren being abused/dying, the first video in the compilation is a little girl having a seizure after being r*ped. Carpathianflorist claims to have heroically banned this type of content from WPD, but allows users to spread it among themselves in private. One such user, ATG, sent it to 70 seperate people who requested it. Carp refuses to ban any of the users who requested the video or the guy who sent the video (who happens to be a janny)because they're Groomercord buddies
TL;DR: WPD is very openly being used by one of the jannies to distribute the closest thing to child porn without technically being child porn and carp refuses to take any action on it because the guy sending it around is friends with him On Groomercord
