I mean you can message the Admins and ask them what's up lol if the account exists for you its not deleted on their end either and I can't imagine why they'd shadow you

Same thing happened. Eventually all the accounts I made were unshadow banned. I think accounts are shadow banned for like a day to prevent shit, or after soamy comments.
