And then you can indeed edit it in notepad :) :) :)
In case you don't understand the goal of this endeavor (I didn't understand any of it at first) is to add descriptive tags that are relevant to the emojis. The tags are like hidden keywords that help people search for emojis. Each emoji has a name like "marseyeldritchnut" but they also have hidden tags like "cumming, peepee, peepee, grotesque" or something like that, so if you open up the emoji search bar and type in those words then relevant Marseys will pop up. Apparently they already have enough tags for all the Marsey emojis, but many of the non-marsey emojis don't have any tag info, so the mission is to go through and add descriptive tags. Some of them already have tags but most of them don't, so what you'll want to do (if you accept the job) is to go through and look at the emojis and then add relevant tags that you think will be useful when searching emojis. What you'll probably want to do is open the emoji panel in one window, and then have a few lines of text open in the notepad, so you can go down the list while looking at the relevant emojis. Here's an example of how I would set it up, it might be easier if you're a dual monitor chad.
And furthermore, what I would recommend doing is to copy-paste the following string, just like this with the quotation marks included: "tags": [""],
That way you can insert the framework for the tag instead of writing it out each time.
I hope this all makes sense and I hope my instructions are useful đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Oh also, what are Marseybux? I don't actually know

right click the link and hit "save as file" or something. open it in VS Code or some other decent text editor that isn't notepad.
then i think you would add tags something like this:
{"name":"trolldespair","class":"Rage"},
->{"name":"trolldespair","class":"Rage","tags":["troll","depression"]},
