You clearly have significant mental health issues, and @RitalinRx don't mean it too be offensive, but this site isn't the best for mental health, especially without balance. Both a lot of Chuds and Wokies tend too isolate themselves in a social bubble where they believe that the world is a reflection of whatever biased media they choose too consume. They focus on culture war and social politics because it arouses anger, portrays someone else as an "enemy", and because it stimulates them emotionally in a culture where we need constant stimulation then they get trapped and stuck in this social and media bubble.

They can obsess over a false portrayal of reality and get addicted too a false world view, which doesn't reflect reality. In a way, the whole "cringe culture" is an escape from reality, but you need too avoid obsession because it can feed on you. Look at how much Trans Lives Matter live rent free in the heads of Chuds, when in actuality they will probably never run into a transgender person in their life, and will never have their life significantly influenced by one.

Cringe and woke culture is caused by getting addicted too a false world view that is created in order too arouse strong emotional states for political gain, if you find yourself getting too obsessed, it's a good time too take a break and step outside and focus on real life, because cringe and woke culture has little influence outside of the internet.
