In the beginning we considered three options: autobanning users who make reports, removing the report feature entirely, or this. As with all things, we made the right choice.

I like how the website isn't outright hostile to new users, but lightly hazes them with tricks like exposing your reports and downmarseys, bots that will angrily argue with you, and how posts in the countryclub would pretend to call you out if you didn't have the truscore to view them.
Does a good job of weeding out unfunny r-slurs who can't take a joke, too.
