But if everyone is in the everyone ping group wouldn't that include newly created accounts thus making them part of the everyone ping in your friends/enemies list?

I mean technically? It has no implication for their site usage though, like they won’t get a ping or anything and my list still just has “!everyone” instead of a list of names
