My favorite online slur these last couple of years has been ESL. In part because most people on the internet are not native English speakers, even on English language websites, so it's very likely to actually be applicable, in part because so many ESLs feel deeply insecure over their ESL status and get really mad because they think they're superior to English only speakers (grrrr how dare you insult my english lets see how good your <my language=""> is!!!)</my>
