It's not a technicality. You whole-butt said before the second arrest. You wrote a full, clear sentence that you're now claiming is not at all what you meant. You weren't weaseled out of a win and nothing they did was cheap. You're either lying about your original intent or you're so incredibly r-slurred that you're incapable of writing a basic sentence that indicates what you mean.
