I have been trying to learn more about apiary. It's a great hobby. My father has a friend who's into it big time. I talked to him yesterday in great details about it, specifically whether the honey would be noticeably different enough aromatically from different species of the same flower. He was very excited about it and said if you develop your palate well enough, you can even say which region the blossoms came from.

I'll get into it over the next year.
