Yes my position on that is you lose your child one way or another, and at least you're allowed to grieve the death of a child and keep their photos.
Imagine you lose your child but there's no grave, you aren't allowed to talk about them, you aren't allowed photos of them and there's some ugly pervert wearing their skin in your house constantly reminding you of what you've lost and screaming "BUT YOU'VE GOT A DAUGHTER NOW!"
