I had an even better idea. Sleeper award gives 1 week of "sleeper agent" status that does nothing. Every day the site rolls a 5% chance that all sleepers awake for the rest of the day. If you buy a sleeper award on a waking day then it only lasts 24h.

So instead of occasionally seeing people break out into corprus rashes we would see massive outbreaks of raving lunatics advertising our hole/house and spouting TrueSTL-tier word salad

Exactly. I think there's too much certainty in the awards we have now. When you get awarded you know what's coming next. The sleeper award mixes it up and lasts a long time so you can't just touch grass for a few hours and wait it out. It's like a jumpscare in award form.
