In all seriousness, r*pe is actually not a very common occurrence in prison. It's certainly nowhere near as common as most people think it is. I only met two inmates who told me that they had been r*ped in prison, and both of them were child molesters.
I actually comforted one of those child molesters (who I didn't know was a child molester at the time) when he confided in me about being r*ped. Looking back now - now that I know he was a child molester - I feel like such a fricking idiot for being so nice to him. I mean, I'm not going to cheer someone getting r*ped, but, honestly, he was just getting to experience what he made those kids experience.
Most child molesters are just as creepy, disgusting, and perverted as you would expect them to be, and they tend to be engaging in all manner of freaky s*x shit with other inmates. Prison is, it goes without saying, not the environment to be engaging in freaky s*x shit, and it does sometimes lead to sexual assault.
Depending on the yard, they may also get assaulted just for being child molesters. But, usually, they get sent to soft yards designed to accommodate s*x offenders.
You clearly don't know very much about prison. Most of the people who have the most s*x in prison make The Cryptkeeper look like Zac Efron by comparison. As a general rule: the uglier you are, the more s*x you have in prison.
Also, that mugshot is not a reflection of what I actually look like IRL, especially with my new look (I shaved my head completely bald while I was in prison). I currently look like the leader of some skinhead biker gang. In other words, the typical white male inmate.
When I read your article I was a little suspicious your discussion of "someone I know who got r*ped" was like saying "someone who isn't me", glad to hear it was just some chomo
I've heard wildly varying things about state prisons. Some say that it's very common for chomos to get punked out in state prisons. Others say that hardly anyone in state prisons even cares about chomos at all.
Anything coming out of any inmate's mouth has to be taken with a massive heaping of salt. "Inmate dot com" is the term for rumors and hearsay spread by inmate, and inmate dot com is about as reliable of a source as InfoWars or NaturalNews. Or Breitbart.
In prison, there is much more available to you (although it's generally all shit, of course). In county jail, you're pretty much just locked in the same area 24/7.
Because I was a high-profile case, the county jail kept me in solitary confinement 24/7, which makes it even worse.

do child molesters get r*ped more because of some prison justice thing, or because they tend to be more breedable?

We're you in a federal prison?

Yes. My whole bid was federal except for my time in Baker County Jail (which is contracted out to house federal inmates).

I feel like it would be a lot less common in federal than state, but it doesn't really happen in either?
