Retire the unblockable award, give everyone who bought it an exclusive "Blockable" badge

Muting being added, and making unblockable wielders unable to block makes the award completely pointless. No refunds tho that'd break the economy.

if i'm not wrong there's some css code that can block posts by individual users from showing up but you'll have to ping the codecels cause i forgot who posted it

I mean if I could help it I'd just hide that one post instead of anything more extreme (Aevann hot new feature suggestion)

But that's just what reminded me about unblockable being an underpowered profile sidegrade, I generally think it needs to be reworked or retired
