the order should be

All > Messages > Posts > Chats > Offsite > Modactions (IDK why I even have this I am not a jannie)

just switch Posts and Chats

Take it a step further.

Have two notifications tabs. One for direct replies and @'s. The other for everything else [DMs, pings, chats, etc]. That way you can tell if someone replied to your post or if it's not important at all.
