Truth or Dare Bot

What if we had a truth or dare bot?

Here's what I'm thinking:

1. You type #truthordare to activate the bot

2. The bot makes sure that you are subscribed to !truthordare, otherwise you don't get to play

3. The bot does a 50-50 random to pick truth or dare

4a. If Truth, the bot pulls from a list of questions

4b. If Dare, the bot pulls from a list of tasks

5. The bot pings !truthordare

6. If you don't answer the question or do the task in a certain timeframe then everyone in the ping group gets to dunk on you for being a kitty

7. We implement a way for !truthordare subscribers to add questions and tasks
