fully convinced the DNC is being ran entirely by republicans. nothing they are doing or saying says
we want to win elections in the future.

People smarter than me can say it better, but there are so many things that the Democrats feel are more important than winning. Look at the rest of the world. If Trump ran in South Korea there would be female congressman from the other side who would viciously tear into Melania for being a whore in ways more creative than dramanauts could come up with, and that would be day 1.
The Democrats are over. At this point there's got to be a new party or a splinter of the Republicans but the Democrats have no credibility. They've been given way too many chances to put up a fight and always found some excuse not to.
