Okay? Where I live the union electricians, construction workers, and plumbers all make more than nonunion. The nonunion workers are all immigrants. The union workers are all legal or US citizens.

That’s not how union works in cali. I’m not a gross day laborer because I have actual skills but I have friends who are electricians. They love how much they make and they don’t complain about the dues. You’d have to ask them for more details if you want.
