Seriously though, this is one of the neatest buildings in Manhattan. Fun little piece of history from when it used to be a real port city. Was an oyster shack, bar, gay club and porno shop. Went through all the weird Manhattan phases.

Wasn't there a night club phase too? Between porno shop and gentrification. I'm thinking of late 90's - early 2000's movies. I've never been to New York.
