I guess the prime minister randomly decided that they were gonna delay changing the clocks for a month hours before it was supposed to happen. Christian churches/hospitals/schools/businesses are all defying him and moving the clocks forward an hour anyways so there'll be a Christian time and a Muslim time for a month lol
