Second time, love it. The first time I came was after a trip to Thailand/Cambodia, and it was such a welcome relief coming back into the first world. Singapore holds a special place in my heart

I get what you mean but darn do I love those 2 places, especially Cambodia. I still dream of the pharmacy where they sold you anything you wrote on a piece of paper :#marseypills: :#marseyonacid!: Amazing place to have a different kind of fun that can't be found here lol

Can you not get one to defend yourself against the evil water monitors and the treacherous Malays?

I only recently found out that getting a firearms license in my country is easier than a drivers license. But I still won't be getting one because it would immediately make me a priority draft into the upcoming NATO-Russian war

Lol no we can't but every male gets conscripted so we at least get to shoot a rifle

And if you get sent to command school here you get to shoot a myriad of weapons like machine guns, anti-tank missiles and shit which prolly sounds fun until you have to clean the weapons afterwards :marseygunshotsuicide:

That sounds cool. Did you get to shoot anything cool? :daydream:

I actually have a little funny story about weapons and Singapore: When I was travelling to/through Singapore, I took this big survival knife with me. It had a pretty long blade, like 10 cm or something which I guess the airport security didn't like, because they saw it on the scan and ordered me to open the bag. I pretended to be worried and confused, but deep inside I was calm. I was playing chess while they were playing checkers. They fell for my trap and all was according to keikaku. For you see, in anticipation of this happening, 2 days prior I had ground off and dulled the blade :soyjakanimeglasses:. And now that the security people were pointing at it and asking what this is, I said it was a collectible, a replica. 'See, it doesn't cut!' I told them as I sliced it across my arms. And they let me go. Then literally the same day I used the whetstone I took with me in the same bag and the honing iron they had in the kitchen I rented to sharpen that tool back up and went on to use it for my needs.

And that is the story of how I smuggled a cold weapon into Singapore

Yeah I fired different weapons but the anti-tank missile was the coolest because it was a single-use disposable weapon so that meant that I didn't need to clean it after firing :marseyteehee:

Lol lucky you, a lot of people don't know how strict customs can be and maybe buy an expensive weapon type of thing from Thailand or something only to get caught, fined and their purchase confiscated at the airport hahaha
