I have no way to prove this but I would not be surprised wt this point if whoever is funding her is also setting up these arrests because it's an incredible pr moment each time.

Dude.. Duh. That's the point of civil disobedience. You go do something illegal but barely and put the law in an awkward place where they kind of have to arrest you and you win because of the optics. This has been the standard play for over a century.
