essentially, there was an unapproved policy in place that disproportionately helped "minority" groups and now the people behind it (I'm guessing women potentially black) are being mogged for trying to support it. Why I decided to comb through this article was purely to sate my own curiosity as to whether it was a chud moment or non-chud moment and I'm actually surprised to state its chuds.
