Lol this is gonna be a problem everywhere.
As home prices keep flying away from reality theyre going to stop moving outside of investment companies trying to buy them all up and use as rental properties.
It's also hard to find a market solution due to local home owners rabidly resisting new construction everywhere as they dont want home values to go down.
