Update: 22 probably 23 dead. So I guess the guys who were trapped inside the plant couldn't find anywhere safe. Including 18 Chinese + 1 Laotian. I expect a lot of butthurt chingchongs
on the internet being outraged at this even though it was way safer than a factory in China.
