Start from 12 minutes. Shooting at 12:30. Misses at least TWO shots that go straight through the window. Other officer fires shots pointed straight at a subway car where people fled. Almost parallel to the car though.

I think I know what happened. Look here when they're firing. Green shirt is oblivious and is sitting right where wong shoots. hp can definitely penetrate aluminum or glass. I think he got shot in the head. Still a bit too low but I can't see him in the window with wong's bodycam so he may have ducked or fell and gotten the headshot
officer may fires a few rounds pointed towards the platform but I think his slight angle missed the people standing there.
