Oh, it's a popular genre of fake news among Ukranians. They often spread around these weird audio recordings or even chat screenshots, often times with obvious mistakes like using Ukrainian letters (there are a few different letters in their alphabet) or Ukrainian wording. Sometimes the logic of chat exchanges is weird: some Russian soldier contacts someone, then he immediately begins to praise Ukrainian army for no reason and complain about Russian incompetence.
Honestly, you shouldn't believe anything Ukrainian sources say at this point. They completely destroyed their credibility.
