My friend group used to do something like this, but it was in mcmansions before anyone moved in. An electrician pulled in once and everyone scattered like cockroaches. Never did it again after that
We didn't trash the place or anything. Just a place to drink beer. I was a paranoid b-word, so me and and a couple other paranoid friends would just hang out in the back porch. We were nervous they'd test for fingerprints so we didn't want to go inside lol
