The average YT viewer is so r-slurred they won't click if they don't see your big butt face on the thumbnail.

My favorite is Ben Garrison tier labeling, like there's a boat taking up 1/3 of the thumbnail but it still has that arrow and big text saying "boat" in it :marseyxd:
