If Ukraine receives 60 f22 Ukraine will have some advantage for couple of weeks. Because after Russia will have an idea what f22 is and how to fight it. Storm shadow have similar cross section as f35 and they are getting now shot a lot more frequently than when they were introduced similar situation is with ATACMS. So if US will give Ukraine its f22 then f22 will at some point lose its gimmick. If US gives Ukraine 3000 f16 and pilot for every of those jets, that will be a lot bigger problem for Russia.
F22 is also getting super hyped, it was finalised in 1996 and people in 2024 think it's like super high tech that China can't replicate.

Yeah no shit stealth doesn't make you invisible. And no, jets aren't some invincible wunderwaffe. Giving Ukraine a handful of better jets than the Russians have won't make any major difference.
And Russians love to zero in on specific facts
The reason the US dominates the air is because of the tactics and supporting elements they bring to play. Sure, an Su-35 might beat an F-35 in a straight up merged dogfight, but that will never happen because the US would never do little 1v1 dogfights. Trying to hunt down F-35s that are sneaking around sharing battlefield info with F-16s lobbing HARMs at ground based AD, F-15s at 40,000ft slinging a dozen AAMRAMs each at targets 60 miles away using AWACS data, with B1Bs launching volleys of cruise missiles at air bases and strategic air defence sites, all supported by tankers allowing constant deep strikes from every direction is something that no country on earth has a credible defence for and anyone who's stood up to it has basically collapsed instantly.
Russians and the Chinese can cope and seethe about how their jets might be a tiny bit better in a few small and meaningless ways than their western counterparts, but none of that matters because in a real war not a single one of them would ever get within visual range before being destroyed.
Also- the biggest indictment on the Russian "muh tough and battle ready" cope is that the only jet that's ever troubled the west was Mig-25s shooting very complex and long-range missiles, before immediately turning and running for cover in Iraq and Syria, which is a game the west has on lock.

Russian air campaign is very safe, they never leave their safe zones. Russian drones have 100km range so Ukraine can't put any air defence closer then patriot range is 150km. Russian uses su24 and su34 a dedicated bombers to launch fabs 80km+ from the front so safe from patriots. Russian cover those sux4 with longer range AD than patriot and mig31 with 400km range AA so to shot an su24 Ukraine will need to enter Russian controlled zone. Polish/israeli mig29 can use all f16 equipment and have info from patriot and they can't fix this.
If US could had beaten Russia without getting hit back it would had saved Ukraine long time ago. So now Ukraine just got as much aid as all allies during ww2 and is heading for sure defeat. The one who planned this conflict for Ukraine should legit get some medal he is genius from sanction to price caps.

That's also why their air support isn't very effective. The US would open a massive hole and operate with impunity over the front lines. Russia is fighting like the Syrians or Iranians taking potshots from the backfield since they never developed the ability to dominate airspace

The SU-57 is embarrassing because it's basically just a Flanker wearing a cosplay outfit like some fat weeb at a convention dressed as JoJo. It has the same RCS as a clean F/A-18 or Eurofighter with worse radar and ground attack capabilities
At least simp for actually cool Soviet shit- the original Flanker is pretty cool in that "maximalist everything" way, the Mig-29 is a worse F-16 but is very pretty, and I love the SU-24 because swing wing interdictors are the Chaddest class of airplane. Plus the SU-25 is so cute and practical.
It doesn't mean they are objectively amazing, or even good, but I still like them.

It happened in 2017 in Syria to an f35i a more modern f35 than US has.
Your smooth brain probably also forgot in 2009 China got blueprints of f35. Chunk J20 was literally created using f22 and f35 info.
Also to just understand how technically modern f22 is. It was finalised in 1996 and mostly has tech from 80ties. First multi core cpu was created in 2001. F22 also never had true upgrade because it's hard to upgrade and when US was creating/planing those in 1980 US thought by 2010 US would had 6th gen fighters replacing F22.
And you here think F22 is some magic when Chunk can create CPU's today that are similar to burgers processors from 2 years ago.
