I had a fastfood spell a few years back, burger king & McD like 3 times a week, almost always the same order. Double stakehouse, loaded bacon fries, 9 nuggets and a large coke. And at the clown 3 double cheeseburgers, 9 nuggets and a large sprite. Both totalled at around 20€ the king is the more expensive of the 2. That's 60€ a week for only 3 meals. I gained close to 12kgs in under 4 months... Now even with my gym supplements I think 60€ can last me a month for all my food, breakfast lunch and dinner. It's insane how sombody in their right mind typed up that post.

I actually spend most of my money on food, but i cook almost every single meal and do so with quality ingredients. I dont work out much but I'm not fat either because i only do two meals a day (just a coffee and nicotine for breakfast, big lunch and dinner) and space apart those meals based on when i get in to work. Late shift? Early lunch and dinner. Day off? 12pm and 8pm meals.
